We are proud to partner with the finest ranchers our area has to offer, providing you with access to consistently high-quality, locally raised cattle, hogs, and lambs. All of our ranchers sell their animals by half and whole carcass weights; quarters are available for beef. They set their own prices, so prices will vary slightly. You will pay the rancher for the animal and us for the processing.
