We are different, and we like it that way

All of our retail meats are regionally sourced and selected to be of the highest quality. Likewise all of our specialty meats are made with the highest quality add ins. Cheeses, vegetables, and Spices are selected with great care to bring out the best flavors to complement our meats. Our seasonings are mixed in house from scratch with recipes founded in tradition and passion. 

All of our fresh beef cuts have been aged 30 days for optimum flavor and tenderness. 30 days is considered by chefs and steakhouses around the world as the perfect timing for aging meat. It takes longer, and it costs a little more but we believe that exceptional beef is worth it!
